CDC provided schematic design through contract documents for this new 150-acre high school site in Pierce County. CDC was responsible for layout, grading and planting of the school campus including the entry plaza, courtyards, outdoor amphitheater, outdoor classrooms, trails, learning stations, sport fields and constructed wetlands.
