Truman Alternative High School, Federal Way, WA
This alternative high school responds to the student capacity needs of the Federal Way Public Schools. CDC provided site design, layout, grading, planting and irrigation for outdoor gathering areas, outdoor education spaces, entry and buffers for the school and its associated parking.

In addition CDC provided planning for future site partners including Federal Way Headstart, located adjacent to the new high school building.
