Tacoma Dome: 25th Street Transit Hub & Retail Plan,

The goal for the Tacoma Dome 25th Street Improvement Project was to create a transportation hub that would also benefit pedestrians, retail owners, and entertainment facilities. As the lead design firm on this project, CDC and its team of artists and engineers were responsible for transforming the old industrial area into a new transit oriented redevelopment area.

CDC's streetscape design united several regional transit facilities including the Pierce Transit bus station and parking garage, the Commuter Rail Station, and Sound Transit Link Light Rail Stations.
