Port Madison Reservation Heritage Park Plan for the Suquamish Tribe,
Suquamish Tribe, WA
The Suquamish Heritage site is being developed on a 38 acre parcel along Agate Passage. The site is divided into two parcels – 8 acres and 30 acres. The new public functions for the 8 acre parcel include a dock for the “Argosy” tour boats, a Museum, a series of small artist studio/retail/gallery spaces, interconnected by a ¼ mile trail with outdoor exhibits.

The remaining 30 acre site will have a mix of Tribal uses and park programmed elements such as a nature walk and a trail system that will interconnect all of the Tribal functions. This portion of the Heritage site includes an 1800 foot waterfront edge and 15 acres of open space.
