CDC worked with the Seattle Housing Authority in this landscape renovation project for Westwood Heights East Addition. The main goals were to renovate the grounds of these recently updated apartment complexes as well as allow each lot to function independently from the others. CDC's construction administration work was integral in successfully meeting these goals. The bid was under the engineer's estimate.
