Picton Port Commission Marina,

CDC assisted the Picton Port Commission with the redevelopment and expansion of their marina facility. CDC also proposed a new mixed use development surrounding the inner harbor marina and replacing a boat storage area that was relocated to an adjacent vacant parcel.

A variety of housing types with ground level retail were proposed along with a hotel and conference center.  A small community recreation center and rowing center became the anchors to the marina walkway which ties the new inner harbor redevelopment to the downtown waterfront area.
