CDC integrated GIS data analysis with urban and city design principles to create a network of stations along the monorail routes. Through technical and SEPA analysis, the preferred rout was selected.

CDC also participated in the extensive community outreach process throughout the four years of planning and SEPA phases. CDC successfully incorporated CSS design principles to the transit corridor planning process.
