CDC is providing site design, layout, and grading for plazas and gathering areas, outdoor education and play spaces, planting, irrigation, site furnishings, and sports fields.

Integral to CDC's design is maintaining a light touch on the existing site which has numerous wetlands and a mature forested area. The design responds to the land in order to minimize impact and maximize learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom.
