This project includes development of a new middle school, the Gray Middle School for the Tacoma School District. The primary landscape architectural components will be site design, layout, and grading for plazas and gathering areas, outdoor education and play spaces, planting, irrigation, and site furnishings.

The site design responsibilities have expanded to include several raingardens, an alternate baseball field, track and a soccer/football field.
