CDC has been retained to assist the Advisory Committee and City staff in developing plans for accommodating an additional 6900 new residents on Bainbridge Island by 2025. CDC will also be assisting the Committee and staff in defining possible future growth and development scenarios for the next 50 years. We will be utilizing our GIS, mapping and illustrative skills to provide the Committee with graphic planning illustrations that distribute the densities of the future growth for Bainbridge Island.
