Bainbridge Island Non-Motorized Transportation Plan,
Bainbridge Island, WA
CDC developed a non-motorized system of bicycle and pedestrian trails, lanes and ROW improvements for the entire island (25 square miles). CDC worked closely with the community and a steering committee to document existing conditions, solve policy issues and create GIS maps for public use.
The final product provided a 10-year guide for implementing the plan, identifying potential funding sources and detailing implementation actions.
